Director's Message
billjWelcome to the 2012–2013 academic year.

If this is your first year in the CGA Program of Professional Studies, let me congratulate you on your career choice. This is a program and a designation like no other. By becoming a CGA student, you’ve chosen the right path to a successful future. As you work through this online education program, you will be challenged and inspired to reach new heights in your skills. I encourage you to take responsibility for your success and I want you to know that our Student Services team is here to support you every step of the way.

To our returning students, let me say welcome back. I hope you are refreshed and ready for action.

A new academic year brings with it updates to our policies and procedures, as we continue to make changes to help our students succeed. To keep up with these changes, please refer to this Handbook frequently, as it will help you understand the academic processes and requirements while keeping you on track. I strongly encourage you to read all the information included in this Handbook.

Completing the CGA Program takes hard work and discipline, but as our many graduates can attest, the rewards, both professional and personal, are many. On behalf of CGA-BC’s staff, I wish you a successful and satisfying academic year.
